INTERNATIONAL RETURNS FOR CREDIT - Effective immediately any product returned for credit from a foreign country will be subject to a mandatory 25% handling & restocking fee, further only items deemed and verified to be manufacturers defective products will be accepted for a credit. pictures and explanations of the defect are required in all cases. credit will be issued after the manufacturer has agreed to the defect and the item has been received at the required return facility. all shipping costs for the return will be born by the customer. in some cases the manufacturer at it’s discretion may compensate the customer for the  return shipping. please be sure to measure items correctly to avoid an unnecessary return and added expense.

RESTOCKING FEES: Products returned that are not defective will be subject to a restocking charge of up to 20% of the purchase price of the item being returned. Most returned items cannot be sold as new, they require repackaging, inspection and are generally discounted because the package has been opened. This In addition to the lost labor of packaging, inspection, and paperwork etc. in processing the original purchase. As a customer you generally do not purchase items that you can see have been opened.
