It's a simple process 1. Measure across the boat to your potential mounting points, 2.) Measure to ensure you have sufficient clearance above your Bimini (you need approximately 3 Inches of clearance). Write down the measurements. Select Deck/Gunnel or Side/Cuddy Mount. Measure once more to be sure. We offer 2" narrow mounting pads in case you have limited room on your gunnel. See the bottom of this page for information on Powder Coating your arch.
Our arches work well on most aluminum river boats such as Bentz Boats, Koffler Boats, Alumaweld, Hewescraft, Bratt Jet, Rogue, RiverPro, RiverHawk, Thunderjet, Boulton, North River, Weldcraft, KingFisher, Lund, Alumacraft, Starcraft, Raider and Rockproof Boats, VEXUS, just to name a few. TIPS FOR RUNNING WIRES IN YOUR ARCH OR T TOP
The wires will not go through the deck/side mounts, the mounts are solid and they fold down so you need to allow for that when you run the wires. Your wires will need to come up/out near the mount and the wires will go through a hole you will drill in the arch tube 2" inches above the bottom of the tube ensuring you are above the point where the mounts are fully inserted in the tube, the hole should not be larger than 1/2".
Now run/fish the wires to the point/s you want the wires to exit, drill the exit hole in the location desired for the accessories either on the bottom or top side of the tube.
If you plan to fold the arch down to the rear drill the bottom hole in the rear leg. Leave some slack or use marine grade connectors to detach and avoid stretching or breaking the wiring. Use grommets in the holes you drill. If possible run wiring as you assemble the arch or include a line to pull the wires to the exit point.
Laying down your arch - This is a simple process of removing 2 of the allen bolts either from the front mounts or rear mounts and then loosening the remaining bolts in the other 2 mounts.

Clamps are designed not slip so they do not close all the way to form a true circle, they are slightly oval, clamp size should be slightly smaller than the outside diameter of your pipe or tube. Example on in the chart above 1.903" is for aluminum tube OD of 2" or roughly 95.5% of the OD.
The table below gives the outside diameter of Pipe. You need to know if you are measuring pipe or tube. The following link will help you understand the difference. Click here for details
