The winger is used above the downrigger weight to increase the spread between side riggers and rear riggers. Increase spread helps to increase the coverage when trolling and decreases tangled baits. The wingers are approximately 10" long by 4" wide and constructed with high quality stainless steel. The wingers can be used on either side of the boat by simply changing the attachment point ie. by attaching your cable to the opposite split ring.
